Improvement Course of International Department：Learn Through Taking Various Activities
苏州国际外语学校国际部自2003年创办以来，致力于将学生培养成为既有本土情怀，又具国际视野的“未来人”。在德育教育中，国际部将“玩”和“乐”作为教育载体，规范并定制符合国际学生的成长课程，全方位提高学生综合素养。
Since its establishment in 2003, the International Department aims to cultivate students with local understandings and international visions in the future. During the process of moral education, International Department sets up a standard improvement course which is based on playing and enjoying the activities in order to better international students’ overall qualities.

教育目标与考评标准的确定
Set Goals and Assessment Standards
校内外活动是学生展示自我的平台，本次活动以万圣节晚会为载体，以提高学生九大核心素养中“组织与合作素养”为目标，以成长课程评价机制为保障，明确考评标准，分工明确，准备充分。
Each activity inside and outside campus is a stage for students to show their talents. For instance, during the Halloween Party, we have set a goal of developing organizing and cooperating skills of students, which is one of the nine core qualities in international education. This activity also has a complete assessment standards and clear divisions on different duties of students.

在指导老师的帮助下，迅速成立各个负责小组，各自承担晚会的各个环节的筹备和现场调度。
With the help of support teachers, students were split into different groups and played their roles in different sections of the party.
