2016年3月29日至30日，澳大利亚维多利亚州芙班科文法学校副校长Wendy女士，国际项目主任Tom先生以及VCE中国项目负责人Gary先生访问我校国际部。
3月29日上午7点40分，他们进班听课，并在课后对MM，GM，CHI，EAL，PHY，ACC进行了细致专业的教学指导。同学们积极活跃的课堂表现让他们赞不绝口。下午4点，全体VCE学生在幼儿园报告厅参加了升学指导讲座。Gary先生向同学们详细介绍了澳洲大学的录取要求以及专业设置，并且告诉同学们英语学习对于中国留学生而言至关重要。
3月30日全天，同学们4人一组进行了小组面谈。Wendy校长和Gary先生了解了每位同学的兴趣爱好和个性特长，为他们理想的大学和专业方向提供了个性化的建议。这次交流访问再次推动了我校国际部VCE项目的发展，让同学们对未来澳洲留学生活有了新的憧憬，取得了良好的效果。
Build a bridge of communication for VCE programme at SIFLS
From 29th to 30th March, Wendy, Vice Principal of Firbank Grammar School, Tom, Head of International Programme, and Gary, Manger of VCE programme in China payed a visit to our school.
On 29th March, they went into classrooms to observe teaching at 7:40 am. They provided detailed feedback on how to improve teaching for our subject teachers after class. They also appreciated students’ good performance in class. At 4pm, Gary gave a lecture to introduce the different universities in Australia and their admission requirement. He also emphasized the importance of learning EAL well.
On 30th March, students had interviews in a group of four. According to students’ different interests and hobbies, they gave every student different suggestions on how to choose their ideal university and ideal major. This visit has promoted the development of VCE programme in SIFLS and achieved a good result.
