中西合璧的视听盛宴 国际部圣诞晚会圆满落幕
A Feast For the Eyes: The Christmas Party of International Department Concludes Successfully
一年一度的圣诞节不仅仅是西方的传统节日，更是苏国外国际部的孩子们直观感受西方文化和展示才华的一大盛事。从前期的节目审查、排练、指导，到后期的会场布置安排，华美炫目的灯光，激情动感的节奏，精致的服装道具，有序的组织调控，尽善尽美的细节把控，同学们都非常用心。12月23日于平江中学演出报告厅圆满落幕的这台高品质圣诞晚会堪称苏国外国际部的年度盛典。
Christmas is not only a traditional festival in the west, it is a big event for students in the international department to feel the essence of foreign culture and show their talents on the stage. They held a very successful Christmas party on 23rd, December in the performance hall of Pingjiang Middle School. The performances are refined by students in many aspects such as the rehearsal, the lighting, the rhythm of music, the delicate props and the organized control during the party.
温暖的相聚 家庭的狂欢
A Warm and Happy Family of Students and Teachers
国际部二十多位中方及外籍教师悉数到场，众多的学生家长驱车前来，甚至还有往届的学子带着鲜花及礼物来到现场，向昔日的恩师表达自己最诚挚的感谢及思念。对于国际部的师生来说，这不是一场普通意义上的表演，它更像是苏国外的家人们期盼已久的一场温暖的相聚。我们可爱的外教Santa Claus扮成圣诞老人向全场抛洒洋溢着节日喜气的糖果，台上台下互动不断，欢声笑语响彻全场。
All the Chinese and Foreign teachers of the International Department are present in this party. Besides our teachers, parents of students and many alumni attend this party with their flowers and gifts. They want to show their gratitude towards their teachers and school. For students and teachers in the international department, it is more like a warm reunion of family instead of a usual performance. Our Santa Claus, which is played by foreign teacher, hands out the sweets of happiness to the audience. There are cheers and laughter throughout the performance.

A Stage for Talents and Cultural Integration
动感嘻哈的韩国舞曲，如诗如画的中国古典舞，捧腹逗趣的相声小品，以及中美班的外教们倾情献唱的来自异国最纯正的圣诞祝福歌《silent night》，多元文化的碰撞掀起现场高潮不断，每一位优秀的苏国外学子都有机会在舞台上绽放属于自己的光芒。将学生培养成为既有本土情怀，又有国际视野的“未来人”这一目标被践行在诸如此类的每一场精彩的活动之中。
Dynamic dance from South Korea, romantic traditional Chinese dance, humorous talk show and Christmas chant Silent Night given by foreign teachers in American program, all these colorful performances make this party exciting and energetic. Every student in SIFLS has an opportunity to show his talent on the stage. Our mission “to cultivate students with local understandings and international visions” is put into practice in these colorful activities.
细节彰显素养 行动传递情怀

这场在校外举行的声势浩大的圣诞晚会，给全体苏国外国际部的师生出了一道难度不低的考题，但我们却用实际行动交上了一份完美的答卷。导师们细致负责的工作态度，孩子们高度配合的协作精神，学生市工作人员不折不扣的执行能力，共同凝聚成这场令人印象深刻的精彩表演。更值得一提的是，晚会尾声，每一位苏国外的学子都自觉协助清理了现场垃圾之后才井然有序地离场。盛事之后，留下的不是杯盘狼藉，而是一尘不染，素养彰显于细节，行动传递苏国外情怀，这才是教育的本质意义。
We have written a satisfactory full stop by our actions although it seems that holding a great Christmas party outside campus is a big challenge for students and teachers in the international department. Our homeroom teachers are careful and hard-working, our children are well-operated and our volunteers in the Student Government are quite dedicated. What’s more, every student helps to clean up the performance hall after the party. The essence of moral education is shown by every detail and action taken by our students.
圣诞的钟声已经敲响，狂欢过后，热度会渐渐散去，然而这个美好的夜晚必将停留在每一位国际部孩子的心中，成为他们与苏国外的难忘回忆！
The bell of Christmas Eve has rung, the enthusiasm of Christmas party has faded, however, this beautiful night will stay in the mind of every student in the international department and become an unforgettable memory in SIFLS!
