继3月30日国际教育体验分享会（小学站）取得圆满成功后，应广大小学毕业生家长的要求，苏州国际外语学校国际部于4月9日9:30—11:00再次为家长们奉上了一场精彩纷呈的国际课程展示。
International Department of Suzhou International Foreign Language School presented a wonderful demonstration of international courses on April 9th. This is the second time of getting together between primary school kids and International Department teachers.

The main parts of today’s demonstration include international math demo lesson, mission and vision of international middle school and program consultation.
跟Jackie老师学数学
来自美国项目活泼漂亮的Jackie老师给孩子们带来的课题是《认识多面体》，通过小组分工、动手实践、探究合作，短短的30分钟，孩子们很快掌握了多面体的概念、特征，并且亲手制作出四面体、五面体、六面体……通过现场体验，家长们则豁然开朗，纷纷感叹，原来数学学习并不枯燥，还可以学得这么轻松、有趣、别致，国际课程就是不一样！
Jackie is a very nice teacher from American program, and her demo math lesson of POLYHEDRON left a deep impression for us. The kids learnt the concept of polyhedron in 30 minutes by group task, doing practice, inquiry and cooperation. What’ more they made different kinds polyhedron by themselves. Parents were amazed about the lesson and they realized that math can be learnt without any dull but fun instead. International course is really different.

即以国家课程为基础，沉浸式双语教学为特色，渗透国际文凭组织教育理念，以“国际视野、中国情怀、苏州特色”为发展导向，培养通晓国际规则、参与国际事务和国际竞争的一流国际人才。刘主任对于国际部运作比较成熟的中美、中加和中澳项目也一并做了介绍。
Director LIU Chengrui introduced the mission and vision of International Middle School. With the framework and philosophy of IB curriculum, on the basis of the Chinese National Curriculum, and characterized by dual-language education, the International Middle School of Suzhou International Foreign Language School (SIFLS) cultivates students who have international vision, understand international rules and participate into international affairs and competition. Also, Mr. LIU shared the basic information about the current 3 international programs in SIFLS, American program, Canadian program and Australian program.

针对家长们对于国际初中的疑虑与困惑，国际部的全体领导分成几个小组，分别与家长们进行深入细致的交流与沟通。
